Job Title - Technical Delivery Manager

The annual salary for this position is between $84,000 - $134,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

In This Role, You Will
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for attack surface management and security configuration compliance.
- Plan, develop, test, and implement configuration compliance baseline policies in support of the Secure Configuration Program.
- Partner with technology teams to validate baseline policy controls and remediate configuration non‑compliance.
- Ensure accurate and consistent vulnerability and configuration compliance scans and reporting.
- Engage with multiple technology platforms simultaneously while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered
- Experience with vulnerability and configuration compliance scanning tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Tanium, Symantec, or similar platforms.
- Hands‑on system administration experience across Unix, Windows, or workstation environments.
- Working knowledge of scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and/or regex.
- Ability to analyze scan results, identify non‑compliance, and support remediation efforts across technology teams.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting enterprise‑level security or configuration compliance programs.
- Familiarity with automating security or compliance processes through custom scripting.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail paired with a risk‑based problem‑solving mindset.
