Job Location: The Brinkerhoff Restaurant

Job Type: Full-time 33-40 hours per week, Weekends and Sundays required

Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience in fine dining restaurants

• Total Compensation: $12.14/hour plus tips, (Tips may average $25 - $50/hour)

Job Qualifications:

• 5 years fine dining serving experience required
• Must have a friendly, professional and outgoing attitude, and be team oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional and polished appearance is required
• Extreme attention to detail
• Skill set in crafting hand made cocktails with accuracy and speed
• High volume skills required

Requirements of the Job:

Shifts:

• 6-8-hour shifts
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekend shifts

Physical:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity of commonly found restaurant equipment items.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment which may require long hours.
• Tolerating extreme temperatures due to inclement weather and working inside and outside the restaurant.
• Exposed to high temperatures with heat and oil.
