Touring Theatre Technicians
Candidates should have experience in technical theatre (preferably touring productions, although not mandatory) and in the role for which they are applying. Technicians will lead and/or assist in various parts of the load in and load out processes while interfacing with local crew members and house teams in various venues. Technicians will also be responsible for the operation and movement of the production from city to city along a specified tour route.
These positions will be offered under an IATSE Pink contract, and entrance into the union will be considered for crew members with the requisite experience.

• Sound & Video Technicians
• Wardrobe
• Wigs, Hair & Makeup (WHAM)
Basic Qualifications:
· Candidates must be detail-oriented, punctual, have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal and oral communication skills, and be comfortable in a position of authority.
· Demonstrated understanding and proficiency of current theatrical production standards and their safe execution.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt and work collaboratively with others, and exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
· Have a desire and willingness to tour a show, moving from city to city for several weeks and/or months at a time.
· Must have a US passport or relevant travel documents allowing for international travel.
Physical Demands:
· May be expected to climb ladders, operate lifts, work at a height which may exceed 40 feet, utilize tools and specialized equipment as found in a typical theatrical setting, and lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
· Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time and potentially work in confined spaces.
Dates: Varies per position, as early as June 9th.
Union Status: IATSE Pink Contract
Compensation: $1,700-$1,850 (Final Pay Commensurate With Experience)
Benefits: As Per IATSE Pink Contract
