They want someone with at least five years in commercial drywall who can handle takeoffs, proposals, and coordination tied to prefab exterior systems while bringing strong energy and a learning mindset. This position supports design assist efforts, interfaces with architects and engineers, and contributes to schedules for fabrication and installation.
Requirements:
- Perform material takeoffs
- Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies
- Compose and distribute budgets/proposals for prefab scope
- Develop and deliver presentations
Responsibilities:
- Commercial drywall/construction background required
- Vast cladding knowledge preferred
- Computer and technology savvy
