The Bridge Behavioral Health is looking for a Per Diem Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join our clinical team. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced counselor looking for flexible hours while staying connected to meaningful clinical work. As a Per Diem LADC, you’ll help provide additional clinical support based on program and client needs, working alongside a collaborative team committed to helping individuals build strong foundations in recovery. What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group substance use counseling as needed
- Complete substance use evaluations and assist with treatment planning
- Provide coverage and additional clinical support based on program needs
- Build professional, therapeutic relationships with clients
- Collaborate with counselors, nursing, behavioral health technicians, and other members of the treatment team
- Coordinate care with families, community providers, probation, and other partners when appropriate
- Complete required documentation accurately and within established timeframes
- Provide compassionate, trauma-informed, person-centered care
What We’re Looking For
- Current LADC license required
- LMHP or PLMHP preferred, but not required
- Experience providing substance use treatment services
- Strong clinical judgment and professional boundaries
- A compassionate, trauma-informed approach to client care
- Someone who is dependable, flexible, collaborative, and comfortable working with diverse populations
- Ability to step in and support the clinical team as program needs arise
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
