The Bridge Behavioral Health is looking for a full-time Outpatient Counselor (LADC/LMHP) to join our clinical team. You’ll work alongside a collaborative group of professionals who care deeply about helping people build strong foundations in recovery.
Whether you’re an experienced counselor or continuing to grow in your licensure, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Provide 24–26 hours of direct client service each week
- Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling
- Complete substance use evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with clients
- Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
- Coordinate care with families, community providers, probation, and other partners
- Maintain timely documentation while providing compassionate, trauma-informed care
What We’re Looking For
- LADC or PLADC required
- LMHP or PLMHP preferred
- Passion for helping individuals build healthier, more stable lives
- Experience or interest in substance use treatment
- A compassionate, trauma-informed approach
- Someone who is dependable, flexible, collaborative, and comfortable working with diverse populations
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
