Responsibilities
- Apply custom logos to garment bags using commercial heat presses
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Pick and pack customer orders ensuring correct items are selected and properly packaged according to specifications.
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain an organized warehouse and work area
- Prepare shipments for UPS and freight carriers
- Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
Requirements
- Must speak Spanish (Spanish fluency is required because this position works closely with Spanish-speaking team members throughout the day)
- Ability to communicate in basic English
- Ability to stand for most of the workday
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Detail-oriented
- Reliable
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during order fulfillment
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Heat press or apparel production experience
- Experience using pallet jacks or warehouse equipment
