Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small crew on interior and exterior painting projects.
- Perform prep work including sanding, caulking, masking, and minor repairs.
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers according to specifications.
- Inspect work to ensure top-quality finishes that meet company standards.
- Communicate with clients and supervisors to maintain timelines and satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Train and mentor new painters and apprentices as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
