Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the serving team by bussing tables and assisting with banquet setups when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with chefs and other kitchen staff to create a positive work environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food handling and safety practices
- Culinary experience or formal training is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
