PAY & PERFORMANCE PHILOSOPHY

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Background check
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• TECE 1 and 2
• CDA
• Associates... working on or already have/ Bachelors Degree same or ready to take the next step

Bonus Points:

• Childcare or school-age experience
• Department of Education certifications

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
