Full-Time Salesperson & Project Manager (In-Person)
The Brass Center | NYC | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
The Brass Center is seeking a full-time salesperson and project manager to join our team. We are a small, privately owned company specializing in high-end decorative hardware and luxury plumbing fixtures, supplying primarily to the trade. Our clients include interior designers, architects, and contractors who rely on us to help specify and procure exceptional products for new-home construction and renovation projects.
Our core product categories include custom and high-end door hardware, cabinet hardware, and kitchen/bath plumbing fixtures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a unique, highly specialized segment of the interior design industry. We support some of the most exclusive residential projects in New York City and beyond.
Industry experience is not required (though it is a plus). We are primarily looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of supporting client needs with professionalism and efficiency. The selected candidate will work closely with a lead salesperson and will be onboarded through hands-on training and direct team support.

Responsibilities
- Learn our product catalog and assist clients in selecting appropriate products for their projects
- Draft quotations from door and plumbing schedules provided by clients
- Create sales orders and purchase orders for approved projects
- Create specification packages and provide product cut sheets
- Meet with designers and architects to review potential and ongoing projects
- Answer phones and assist walk-in customers
- Respond to inquiries regarding order status
- Monitor project deliverables and coordinate appropriate delivery
- Provide project updates to clients, internal team members, and relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong attention to detail and aptitude for project planning/management
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Google Suite is a plus
