Duties:
- Potentially greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings
- Assist with order entry and transcribe meeting minutes as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support - Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a love for people
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of office procedures is a bonus
