Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide general front-office support
- Manage incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Prepare, organize, and update digital and physical documents
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and simple logistics
- Keep track of office supplies and assist with ordering
- Support team members with routine administrative tasks and follow-up
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all record-keeping

- Clear communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
- Strong organization and time-management abilities
- Comfort working with checklists, processes, and daily structure
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow through on tasks
