Key Responsibilities

- Answer and route incoming calls professionally
- Maintain neatly organized digital and paper files
- Monitor office supplies and assist with simple requests or orders
- Coordinate meeting times, scheduling, and room availability
- Support basic data entry, follow-up actions, and document updates
- Provide friendly customer or client assistance when needed
- Contribute to small team projects as assigned
