Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (24 hours/week)

Compensation: $25/hour

Reports To: Director of Marketing

The Brain Health Center is seeking an energetic, personable, and self-motivated Physician Liaison to expand awareness of our practice and strengthen referral relationships throughout Rockland and Bergen Counties, with occasional outreach in Hudson County supporting patient growth in our Suffern, NY and Englewood, NJ offices.

This is more than a field marketing role, it's about building a genuine bond, long-term relationships with physicians, office managers, referral coordinators, and healthcare professionals who care about improving patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing, polished, professional, and thrives meeting new people every day. They are comfortable representing an innovative medical practice and enjoy opening doors, creating opportunities, and becoming a trusted resource within the medical community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with primary care physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, OB/GYNs, pain management physicians, therapists, nurse practitioners, and other referral sources.
• Visit physician offices throughout assigned territory to introduce The Brain Health Center and educate providers about our services.
• Increase awareness of The Brain Health Center throughout the medical community.
• Schedule and coordinate physician lunch meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities for the CEO.
• Follow up consistently with physician offices to maintain strong referral relationships.
• Deliver marketing materials and educational resources to physician offices.
• Identify new referral opportunities and expand the provider network.
• Maintain accurate records of physician visits, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Provide regular activity reports and market feedback to the Director of Marketing.
• Represent The Brain Health Center professionally at networking events, health fairs, and community events as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach initiatives and referral growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and naturally outgoing personality.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits.
• Self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable traveling throughout Rockland County and Bergen County, with occasional travel to Hudson County.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database tracking is a plus.
• Willingness to learn our practice and what our unique innovative personal services.
• No previous healthcare marketing, physician liaison, pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, business development, or customer relationship experience required.
