Role Description The Executive Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Englewood, NJ, providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership at The Brain Health Center. This role includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel and related logistics. The Executive Assistant will prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, while maintaining organized files and records. Daily responsibilities include processing and tracking expense reports, handling incoming communications, and serving as a professional point of contact for internal team members, patients, and external partners. The role also involves supporting special projects, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Experience providing Executive Support, such as preparing presentations, handling confidential information, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with diverse individuals.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning new digital tools.
- Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and a commitment to patient-centered and team-oriented work.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
