Since 1905, The Bradley Center has continually served children and families in need. Today, the residential treatment facility provides 24 hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children who have a history of trauma and who may present with a wide range of challenges.
The Bradley Center is seeking motivated candidates who have a passion for improving the lives of children through experiential learning and programming. The Clinical Manager will oversee treatment delivery and milieu management for one of our treatment units. This position is responsible for the supervision of milieu staff and other unit leadership to ensure that quality services are provided and best practice standards are met.

Requirements
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or other related human service field
- A minimum of five (5) years experience working directly with children and adolescents in a mental health setting
- A minimum of two (2) years experience supervisory experience in related field required
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to provide feedback and have critical conversations
- Ability to critique and evaluate therapeutic milieu
