The Bradbury Bistro is looking for a warm, polished, and genuinely gracious hospitality professional to join our front-of-house team. This role combines specialty coffee, table service, and guest care in one of Anderson’s most beautiful dining spaces.

We are searching for someone who enjoys people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and believes the smallest details create the most memorable experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages using premium coffee
• Welcome and care for guests from the moment they arrive
• Provide attentive, knowledgeable table service
• Learn our thoughtfully curated food, wine, coffee, and cocktail menus
• Maintain a beautiful, organized dining room and café
• Work alongside a creative, team-oriented group that takes pride in exceptional hospitality

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in hospitality, specialty coffee, serving, or upscale dining
• Loves creating genuine connections with guests
• Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Communicates with confidence and professionalism
• Works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Takes pride in providing service that guests remember long after they leave

Experience behind an espresso machine is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person who has an outstanding hospitality mindset and a willingness to learn.
