Locally owned and operated American Cuisine full service restaurant looking for reliable, experienced bartender/server. Day shift / summer and school break availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Service
- Greeting and Seating:Welcoming guests, assisting them to their tables, and providing menus.
- Order Taking:Accurately taking food and drink orders, answering menu-related questions, and making recommendations.
- Serving:Delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.
- Addressing Needs:Ensuring guests have everything they need, such as refilling drinks, providing condiments, and addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Customer Satisfaction:Soliciting feedback, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
- Payment Handling:Presenting bills, processing payments, and handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
