What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Taqueria 304?
Must be of legal drinking age. Currently hiring for Monday and Tuesday Day shifts and to fill in as needed.
Our Server/Bartender will be enthusiastic about tacos and beer and strive to make each guest experience positive through conversation, recommendations, and up-sells. Compensation includes hourly rate plus tips.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Maintain a sense of awareness of a constantly evolving guest needs
- Present menus and discuss beer selection
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Maintain a positive, clean, and safe working environment
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ensure that guests are not adversely affecting other guests' experiences
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a server, barista, or bartender
- Knowledge of a craft beer selection and ability to discuss and recommend
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to organized, stock, and clean
Job Type: Part-time
