Front of House: Bartender & Server – The Booch Bar (Hilo)
The Booch Bar is Hilo’s premier destination for high-quality, scratch-cooked cuisine, premium craft cocktails, House-made beers, Live music daily, and Hawaii’s best kombucha. We are looking for energetic, experienced professionals to join our Front of House team.

Position Overview
We are seeking versatile FOH team members capable of handling high-volume service and craft bartending. We offer a collaborative environment where excellence is recognized and advancement opportunities are available quickly for top performers.

Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in both Bartending and Serving is required.
- Barista Skills: Previous barista experience is a significant plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights and weekends (non-negotiable).
- Certifications: Current Hawaii County Liquor Card holders will receive priority.
- Attitude: A commitment to high-standard hospitality and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, "from-scratch" kitchen environment.
