What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/bartender position at Skybox Taphouse?
I need someone who knows how to have fun while still working. Someone who enjoys the the challenge of going into a dinner rush with the team and doesn't get annoyed if they get double sat. I need someone that wants to get better at their job and steps up when it's go time. I need someone who goes above and beyond occasionally for the guest to elevate their experience, simply because that's what we do. Some serving experience required, I don't want to have to train you to wait tables. If you see problems at your current job and think to yourself "not my problem" , dont apply. Theres money to be made here, and you wont be constantly micromanaged as long as you treat the job as professionally as you want to be treated.
