What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO/CFO; contribute to the financial health and growth of a successful multi-site hospitality company.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience within multi-site restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage industry strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness, motivation, and a genuine passion for the hospitality and food industry.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
