Top US homebuilder is seeking an Accounting Analyst who will serve as business partner to the regional finance and land development teams:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process
- Coordinate and develop financial reports - including variance analysis and leadership narratives on budget vs. actual spend
- Advise Division Management on key performance metrics
- Review lending agreements and related financial covenants
- Participate in weekly financial review huddles and monthly Land Development meetings
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or MAcc (non-negotiable)
- 2 years of related work experience (ideally mix of full-cycle accounting operations and financial modeling/analysis)
- Demonstrated skill in forecasting and budget analysis
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, organization, presentation, analytical and leadership skills
- Real estate development or construction experience is desirable
