Sr Financial Analyst

The position involves analysis of the performance, revenue, and profitability. Support continuous improvement efforts, along with forecast preparation, and plenty of non-routine ad-hoc analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Drive analysis of organizational metrics and reporting.
• Analyze business operations, sales, costs, trends, revenue, and profitability.
• Identify cost-reduction and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a business partner providing insights & recommendations to enhance performance.
• Develop and prepare financial/cash flow forecasts as needed.
• Prepare monthly reports that compare forecast/budget to actual results.
• Analyze operational trends and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide analysis of capital requests to include post investment performance analysis.

Requirements

• BS in Finance/Accounting
• 5-7 years modeling, analysis & reporting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
