The position involves analysis of the performance, revenue, and profitability. Support continuous improvement efforts, along with forecast preparation, and plenty of non-routine ad-hoc analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Drive analysis of organizational metrics and reporting.
- Analyze business operations, sales, costs, trends, revenue, and profitability.
- Identify cost-reduction and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a business partner providing insights & recommendations to enhance performance.
- Develop and prepare financial/cash flow forecasts as needed.
- Prepare monthly reports that compare forecast/budget to actual results.
- Analyze operational trends and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide analysis of capital requests to include post investment performance analysis.
Requirements
- BS in Finance/Accounting
- 5-7 years modeling, analysis & reporting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
