Team: Financial Planning and Analysis
Salary Range: $81,000 - $110,000 USD
Location: Hybrid - Chicago (1 day in-office a week; usually Wednesdays)
This position operates in a hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration days from our Chicago office.

We’re looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis Team in a hybrid environment. Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position considers a variety of factors, including depth and breadth of experience, skills and role scope. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible for additional compensation plans (bonus and commission).

We’re looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis Team in a hybrid environment. What You’ll Do
- Lead company-wide commission calculations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
- Drive commission analytics and financial modeling to identify trends, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making
- Enhance commission processes, logic, and reporting to improve efficiency, accuracy, and sales rep visibility
- Partner cross-functionally to implement compensation plans, educate Sales on commission programs, and support forecasting and budgeting through commission accruals
- 5 years of FP&A and business partnership experience, preferably within software, internet, SaaS, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).
- Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills, including expertise in Excel and complex model development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with a curious, proactive approach to identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and tackling new challenges.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills, in particular, an understanding of key financial and operational needle movers
- SaaS business industry experience and familiar with the metrics behind it
- Familiarity with Alteryx, Tableau, and AI Tools (Claude)
