We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company to identify a Senior Plant Controller for its Arkansas operations. This key leadership role works directly with plant management to drive financial performance, improve profitability, and support operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with plant leadership to drive financial performance, profitability, and operational results.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and KPI analysis.
- Analyze material and labor variances, spending, and opportunities to improve costs.
- Oversee standard costing, annual cost rolls, and inventory-related controls.
- Provide financial guidance on operational decisions, capital spending, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements.
- Develop and improve financial processes, internal controls, and reporting.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or commercial leadership.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience.
- Experience in a large, complex manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Domestic relocation provided for candidates with proven interest.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
