Location: Dallas, TX 75201 (Uptown Dallas)
Schedule: Hybrid: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote
Compensation: Up to $180K Base 15% Bonus
We are partnering with a well-established, growing organization to identify a talented Manager, Strategic Planning to join its Finance team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys strategic financial modeling, long-term business planning, and partnering with senior leadership to influence key business and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of multi-year financial planning models to support long-term business objectives.
- Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate growth initiatives, strategic investments, and potential business opportunities.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess financial performance, risks, and investment returns.
- Analyze cash flow, liquidity, capital requirements, and long-term funding needs.
- Develop financial presentations and strategic recommendations for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial forecasts with business strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling experience.
- Experience with long-range financial planning, investment analysis, or capital allocation.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and corporate finance principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership and translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
- Experience with financial planning systems is a plus.
