Position Overview
The Revenue Cycle Compliance Manager will:
🔹 Ensure accurate reimbursement and revenue integrity across hospital professional services
🔹 Build and manage the annual audit plan (risk assessment, prioritization, audit strategy)
🔹 Collaborate with clinical operations, revenue cycle teams, and external auditors
🔹 Validate documentation, coding, billing, charge capture, and payment accuracy
🔹 Lead education efforts and foster a strong compliance culture across the organization
