Job Summary
Plans, develops, and oversees procedures and systems used in financial, operational, IT, and process audits across the organization. Ensures the accuracy and compliance of internal records with company policies and regulatory requirements. Evaluates the effectiveness of internal controls designed to safeguard company assets and prevent misuse or fraud. Assesses operational efficiency, risk management, and adherence to established corporate standards and laws. Recommends and implements enhancements to strengthen controls, processes, and overall governance.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Leads and executes audit and advisory engagements across multiple functions, processes, and business segments.
- Supports Internal Audit leadership through all phases of project planning, execution, and reporting.
- Participates in cross-functional initiatives to assess risk, improve process efficiency, and strengthen compliance.
- Contributes to projects focused on internal controls (risk assessments, process reviews, and IT audits), growth initiatives (M&A due diligence, integration support), and operational optimization (efficiency and cost improvement).
- Develops audit programs and documentation, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables with accuracy and insight.
Nature and Scope
- Assists with the full audit cycle including scoping, planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Supports the organization’s internal controls compliance and certification programs, including process documentation and testing.
- Prepares detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations to improve controls and operational performance.
- Evaluates controls and processes related to system implementations and IT security, including segregation of duties reviews.
- Communicates audit findings with management, facilitates discussions, and helps drive remediation of identified issues.
- Builds strong relationships with business partners, maintaining credibility and promoting a culture of accountability and improvement.
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based, with minimal exposure to unpleasant conditions.
- Work involves extended periods of sitting with flexibility to move about as needed.
- Occasional light lifting may be required.

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
