I'm partnering with a rapidly growing residential real estate organization to identify a Finance Manager for its Kansas City division.

Location: Overland Park, KS (100% onsite)
Office: Kansas City (66207)
Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000
Bonus Opportunity: Up to 25% of annual salary

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement review
- KPI reporting and dashboard development
- Financial modeling and strategic planning
- Revenue recognition and financial controls oversight
- Banking, cash management, and lender relationships
- Internal audit and compliance activities
- Supporting executive leadership with financial insights
- Building and mentoring finance talent within the division
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Public accounting and/or real estate experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities
- Experience creating dashboards and reports to drive business decisions
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data to improve performance
- Power BI experience
