Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare client invoices in accordance with specific billing requirements, including formats, coding, narratives, and submission deadlines.
- Generate draft invoices for review, incorporate revisions, and finalize invoices in compliance with client guidelines.
- Review invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure adherence to billing standards.
- Research and address billing inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the submission of electronic invoices through e-billing platforms.
- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation within the firm’s accounting system.
- Provide support for special projects and additional accounting-related responsibilities as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or higher education preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant billing or accounting-related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word and Excel, with strong data entry capabilities.
- Familiarity with Elite Enterprise, 3E, CMS, or similar accounting/e-billing software preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Self-directed, dependable, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as business needs require.
Salary : $60,000 - $73,000
