Company: The Boldt Company
Anticipated Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

Boldt is growing its presence in the rapidly expanding data center market and is looking for an experienced Safety Manager II to help lead the next generation of mission-critical construction projects. This isn't a traditional safety role. It's an opportunity to be a key member of the project leadership team, influencing decisions from planning through execution and helping establish the safety standards that define project success.

You'll work directly in the field alongside project managers, superintendents, craft professionals, trade partners, and clients, fostering a proactive safety culture on some of the most complex projects in the country. Successful candidates will bring experience supporting data center construction projects, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for building relationships that drive both safety performance and operational excellence.

At Boldt, we don't view safety as enforcement. We view it as leadership. We believe the best safety professionals are trusted partners who empower teams, solve problems collaboratively, and help create a culture where safety and production work hand in hand.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $135,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
