What You Bring
- A high school degree is required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- At least two years of administrative experience required.
- Intermediate Microsoft O365 knowledge required.
- A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
- Provide administrative support, correspondence, and documentation.
- Process invoices, maintain records, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate office operations, mail services, supplies, and meeting logistics.
- Deliver exceptional service to employees, clients, and visitors while supporting special projects and daily business needs.
