As an Estimator II, you’ll collaborate closely with project teams, operations, and trade partners to develop thoughtful, well‑aligned estimates that set projects up for success from day one. You’ll prepare detailed estimates, including self‑perform work, support bid strategies, and translate construction knowledge into clear, actionable insights for teams and owners. This role offers flexibility in how and where you work and is an excellent opportunity for Project Engineers or Project Managers who want to stay connected to the work—without the travel.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $81,900 – $105,966 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. What You Bring
- 2–5 years of estimating or project experience (construction, industrial, or power projects preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a relationship‑first mindset
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with estimating, operations, and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Self‑perform work experience preferred OR hands‑on field experience building the work
- Background as a Project Engineer or Project Manager is highly valued
