What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Own and evolve brand positioning across all channels and client touchpoints
- Drive digital marketing performance across social media, SEO, email, website, and paid platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube)
- Build and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation, conversion, and agent recruiting
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve ROI
- Partner closely with sales, leadership, and tech teams to align marketing with business objectives
- Oversee content strategy (video, social, lifestyle branding) and maintain a high-quality content calendar
- Manage vendors, budgets, and timelines with accountability and efficiency
- Leverage AI tools and automation to scale content and marketing performance
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5–10 years of marketing experience (real estate experience strongly preferred)
- Proven success leading marketing strategy and driving measurable results
- Strong expertise across digital platforms, analytics, and campaign optimization
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing
- Real estate license (MD or VA)
