- Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, knives, and other culinary tools
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza options and seasonal specials
- Ensure all food handling procedures meet health department standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and timely order completion
Requirements
- Positive and quick learning
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or culinary environment
- Skilled in knife techniques, food safety practices, and proper sanitation procedures
