The Blueshirt Group is looking to add an analyst to our San Francisco team! This is an exciting opportunity to break into Investor Relations (IR) and work alongside accomplished IR and Wall Street professionals where you will learn from the best. Blueshirt partners with an impressive roster of publicly traded technology companies and has advised on some of the best-known tech IPOs. Recent college graduates with a strong academic record and internship experience in investor relations, public relations, consulting, investment banking, buy-side/sell-side or other Wall Street adjacent roles are highly encouraged to apply. Employees are expected to work from our San Francisco Financial District office at least two days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Edit or draft framework of financial press releases and other related documentation;
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking analyst consensus and other benchmarking information for client companies;
- Manage quarterly earnings call logistics and assist in preparation;
- Organize and prepare briefings for investor meetings;
- Update company presentations;
- Coordinate other IR related meetings and conferences;
- Monitor and effectively summarize daily research for client companies, peer group and industries;
- Begin to develop relationships with other analysts, associates and colleagues across the firm as well as within the investment community.
Requirements:
- /- 1 year of experience
- Recent graduate with relevant internship(s) and strong academic record encouraged to apply;
- BA/BS degree in finance, business, economics or related major;
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask and deliver quality work under pressure;
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently while possessing a team attitude;
- Commitment to client service;
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
