Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with The Blue SkAI’s mission and goals.
- Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and content, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure products meet their needs and expectations.
- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business objectives, user needs, and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Represent The Blue SkAI at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our products and mission.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of product development methodologies and tools.
- Experience in the educational or non-profit sector is highly desirable.
- Passion for education and a strong understanding of Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, or Psychology is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
