The Blue SkAI is looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Director to manage and grow our strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, driving engagement, and ensuring the successful execution of our mission in promoting education in Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, and Psychology.

- Develop and implement account management strategies to enhance partner relationships and achieve organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to expand partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of programs and initiatives.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for The Blue SkAI and its partners.
- Represent The Blue SkAI at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our mission and programs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the fields of Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, and Psychology to effectively communicate our mission and programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of experience in account management or a similar role, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive account growth.
- Passion for education and a deep understanding of Cognitive Science, Neuroscience, AGI, or Psychology is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
