Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
- Handle cash and perform basic retail math for accurate transactions.
Skills
- Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various drink recipes.
- Strong food handling skills and understanding of food safety practices.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
