Job Overview
We are seeking a EXPERIENCED Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have EXPERIENCED in fine dining or food service and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale food service is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.

Pay: $160.00 - $380.00 per day
