We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in a job well done.ResponsibilitiesWork reliably Monday-Friday on a day-shift schedule.Safely operate a forklift to unload inbound freight and load outbound trucks.Use a barcode scanner to track and manage inventory.Read and comprehend paperwork and product labels accurately.Receive, document, and label daily inbound freight shipments.Identify and document damaged or mis-shipped products.Maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards and OSHA regulations.Organize, clean, and maintain inventory and storage areas.Perform facility tasks and general upkeep as needed.Qualifications & SkillsProficient forklift operator (majority of shift will be forklift operation).Solid understanding of loading and unloading trucks/trailers.Previous warehouse experience is required.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Knowledge of warehouse safety and OSHA compliance.Strong work ethic and hands-on approach to completing tasks.Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize.Compensation & Benefits$21.00 per hour - paid weekly via direct depositExcellent healthcare coverage with 50% of the premium paid by the companyPTO: 2 weeks per year, with a cash-out option5 paid holidaysAccess to dental, vision, accident, and life insurance40
