Resinous Flooring & Polished Concrete Foreman
Westbrook, ME | $29–$32 /Hour Production Bonuses
We’re hiring an experienced Resinous Flooring Foreman to lead crews on commercial, industrial, and high-end residential flooring projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and train flooring crews.
- Install urethane cement, resinous flooring systems, and cementitious cove base.
- Oversee concrete preparation and polishing.
- Manage materials, equipment, schedules, and jobsite quality.
Requirements:
- 5 years of specialty flooring experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with resinous flooring, urethane cement, and cove base.
- Concrete grinding and polishing experience.
- Crew leadership experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobsites.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $29–$32 /hour plus production bonuses.
- Health insurance, overtime, and company-provided tools.
- Travel reimbursement and per diem.
- Relocation housing assistance available, including free rent for the first 4 months and reduced rent for the next 4 months.
