In this hands-on role, you will fabricate and assemble stainless steel cabinets, tables, shelves, and other components by interpreting shop drawings, measuring materials, and performing precision TIG welding. The ideal candidate has experience working with thin-gauge stainless steel and understands the importance of clean, accurate welds and quality workmanship.

Please note: Candidates must successfully complete a TIG welding test that will take approximately 2–3 hours. Experience with scratch-start TIG welding on 14–18 gauge stainless steel is especially important.

If you have strong fabrication skills and are looking for a consistent first-shift schedule, we encourage you to apply!

  • Use basic hand tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication equipment safely and accurately.
  • Inspect finished work to ensure weld quality, proper fit, dimensional accuracy, and overall appearance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety requirements.
  • Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently while meeting quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing, welding, or fabrication experience preferred.

Required TIG Welding Test

Candidates must complete and pass a practical TIG welding test as part of the selection process.

  • Estimated test duration: 2–3 hours.

  • Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their welding skills, particularly with thin-gauge stainless steel.

Please consider the time commitment when applying and scheduling your interview or testing appointment.
