MIG Welder – Manufacturing
Location: Winter Park, FL
Pay: $22.00–$30.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full Time | 8am – 4pm

GL Staffing is seeking an experienced MIG Welder for a part-time assignment with a medical furniture manufacturer in Winter Park.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on medium- to small-sized components
- Weld primarily lighter-gauge steel
- Position and weld parts using jigs and fixtures
- Perform repetitive production welding while maintaining consistent weld quality
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Follow established production and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Experience welding lighter-gauge steel preferred
- Comfortable performing repetitive production welding
- Ability to produce clean, consistent welds
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Must be willing to complete a hands-on welding test at the facility as part of the interview process
Pay & Schedule
$22.00–$30.00/hour, depending on experience and skill level.
