The Blennerhassett Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations at the Blennerhassett Hotel. They will be responsible for creating menus, ordering supplies, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. The Chef will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, as well as ensuring that all food safety regulations are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Create menus that are both innovative and appealing to guests
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Oversee kitchen staff and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
