The Bizarre Agency is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join our Miami team. We're currently hiring with immediate start dates available for successful candidates.
No previous experience is required, as full training is provided. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, particularly those with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, marketing, promotions, sales, or other client-facing roles.
Role Overview
You'll represent a variety of client campaigns at live promotional events and community activations. You'll engage directly with customers, create memorable brand experiences, and help increase awareness of our clients' products and services.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally at promotional events and activations
- Engage with customers through friendly, face-to-face interactions
- Build rapport while identifying customer interests and needs
- Share information about products, services, and promotional campaigns
- Develop a strong understanding of client campaigns and brand messaging
- Answer customer questions with confidence and professionalism
- Assist customers with registrations, sign-ups, or campaign participation where applicable
- Record daily campaign activity and customer feedback accurately
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support campaign success
