Entry Level Event Assistant

The Bizarre Agency is expanding, and we are currently looking for ambitious, people-focused individuals to join our Miami team as Entry-Level Event Assistants. We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible.

This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, so no previous experience is required. However, candidates with backgrounds in marketing, promotions, events, customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will represent client campaigns at live events and promotional activations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to develop valuable communication and marketing skills.

• Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner at events and promotional sites
• Interact with prospective customers and create positive brand experiences
• Build rapport with customers and identify their interests and needs
• Deliver presentations or product/service explanations when required
• Develop strong product and campaign knowledge
• Answer questions confidently and professionally
• Assist with customer sign-ups and registrations
• Record daily results and campaign feedback accurately
