The Opportunity
If you’re looking to build real-world experience in sales, customer acquisition, and brand promotion, this role is for you. You’ll start with hands-on training and have the opportunity to grow quickly based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Engage with customers in person during live marketing campaigns and pop-up activations
- Present product/service offerings clearly and confidently
- Work toward daily performance goals (leads, sign-ups, conversions, sales targets)
Training & Skill Development
- Learn our proven sales scripts, customer engagement systems, and campaign tools
- Build skills in closing, objection handling, communication, and time management
- Develop leadership and public speaking through coaching sessions and team workshops
Team & Growth Track
- Work directly with experienced leaders and learn how campaigns are managed
- Gain exposure to operations such as scheduling, HR support, client reporting, and logistics
- Advancement opportunities for high performers
- Who We’re Looking For: Able to reliably commute to Coral Gables every morning
- Comfortable working in-person, speaking to new people daily, and being on your feet
