You'll work on the front line of our pop-up events—helping raise awareness for nonprofit partners—while also supporting communication efforts behind the scenes. This is a great stepping stone if you’re considering long-term progression into event coordination or client-facing roles.
Your Main Focus:
- Engage with members of the public at pop-up events to raise awareness and drive supporter sign-ups
- Assist in coordinating event setup, signage, and booth visuals to reflect each campaign’s goals
- Communicate event feedback and insights to team leads to help improve outcomes
- Support follow-up communications with partners and supporters as needed
- Participate in briefings and help prepare materials for upcoming events and outreach
